	EBIPHOB K Permanent ceramic impregnation, easy to clean, without fluorine
Functionality	EBIPHOB K for ceramics contains self-arranging ceramic silicium molecules in an alcoholic dilution and therefore is fully biocompatible, long-lasting and eco-friendly. No nano particles are applied but a nano-sized coating (3 to 5 nm). It´s applicable on all ceramic and enameled surfaces which can for example be found in toilets, bathtubs, washstands, bidets or shower cubicles.
No...	Hydrocarbon, C9-C11, n- or iso-alcanes, cyclic compounds, benzol, VOC (solvent), aromates, silicones, polymers, oils, waxes or resins are used. Unlike many similar products, EBIPHOB K does also not use any fluorine
Application on ceramics	There is no visual difference between coated and uncoated ceramic surfaces. The effect is based on the repellence of water and dirt. All kinds of ceramic surfaces used in- or outdoor can be impregnated with EBIPHOB K and are then permanently hydropfobic (water repellent). Please note that this protection is not given in a long lasting way if the surface is under heavy mechanical stress. Cleaning is faciliated significantly as dirt adhesion is only possible in a superficial way which allows removal without chemistry. Water is repelled on the spot, a water film is avoided. This product is on top of all comparable products on sale at the moment.

How to use	EBOPHOB K comes ready for use and is applied with a fleece or a cloth. Soiled surfaces must be cleaned before application as adhesive dirt reduces the effectiveness of the impregnation. The procedure can be coordinated with the application engineering in case of industrial use. The amount of impregnation used depends on the type of surface (hence its structure) and is usually between 3 and 5 ml per m2 (on even surfaces). Complex surfaces like they can for example be found in toilets may require more impregnation to ensure the surface is covered completely. Flow marks caused by a too large amount of impregnation can be polished – or even better - rinsed with water.
